Israeli Government Supports Pepper Exporters from the Arava| glObserver Global Economics


The Israeli government has announced a new program to support Israeli pepper exporters, who have been hit hard by the financial conditions in Russia and Europe, its major markets. Peppers are Israel’s major export crops in the completed few years, and most of the pepper fields are located in Israel’s southern Arava region.
